Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you by email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
