Return & Refund Policy

30‑Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at [luis.deriz585@gmail.com] with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item arrived damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
